Walter W. Wilson, AIA
Walter is a results driven architect with experience in projects ranging from $100,000 to over $600 million in construction cost. With more than 24 year of experience in both residential and commercial design, Walter brings a meticulous perspective to his work.
Walter started with his education at Texas Tech University followed by 19 years with one of the largest and most well-respected architectural firms in the nation which provided the palette for extensive experience in the field-design environment. His experiences here touched numerous building types including Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Education, Sports, and Multifamily Residential market sectors throughout the United States, the Bahamas, and Mexico. Subsequent work included design-build and forensics.
The culmination of these experiences is an inherent ability to successfully navigate through on-site design coordination, manage the design team during construction administration, and collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Walter has proven expertise working with projects from inception to completion along with a talent to step in mid-stream to successfully complete difficult or unstable projects.
