 Building assessment and interior redesign of 1,000 square feet focused on providing culinary venue with a kitchen and dining area.  Services included space redesign, code analysis, accessibility and life safety review and plans, construction document preparation and review for Building Permit. 

 Building assessment and interior redesign of 3,100 square feet of space transitioning from art studio into a live music venue with 40 brew taps.  Services included Design, Code Analysis, Life Safety Plans, Accessibility, Construction Documents preparation and review for Building Permit. 

 The Gibson Home was taken from Design Development through Construction Documents.  The overall concept was to incorporate the celebrated entrance with a minimalistic structure to create a sense of grandeur upon arrival while maintaining the comfort and warmth of the home's  country setting on the interior.  

Collaborative design with the contractor/owner in mind. A 3,500 square foot, four bedroom, three bath custom home. 

Custom designed house overlooking a body of water with complete outdoor entertainment facility. This 4,500 square foot home comes with with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor pool, gazebo, and more.

Custom home on a steep, narrow lakefront lot.  5500 square feet designed to maximize lake views and family living.  Services included conceptual design, through construction drawings, coordination of site analysis, structural design of 2nd floor garage, and pool design.  

 Custom 3,500 square foot home designed for lot located in a flood plane.  Services included coordination with FEMA and HOA guidelines and presentations for approval. Conceptual design through construction documents and contractor selection.
